Sequencing<\/p>\n<p>First, the genome of Robin Bhattacharya is to be sequenced, before proceeding to any comparisons.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve the highest resolution possible is of utmost importance, as the sample is to be sequenced entirely for its detail, and not for a comparison with other samples selected a priori.<\/p>\n<p>2. As for example in \u2018The History and Geography of Human Genes\u2019, which excluded any samples which indicated a possible admixture since 1500, (Cavalli-Sforza, Menozzi, Piazza, 1994: Chap 1.9), but adding the additional data sets available today.<\/p>\n<p>The mapped outcome is then to be compared to any \u2018expected\u2019 populations of \u2018origin\u2019 of the post-colonial subject in question (the person Robin Bhattacharya).<\/p>\n<p>This case study will not so much attempt to predict the deviation of \u2018mixed-race\u2019 post-colonial genomes from current classifications, as it will be an example used to exemplify the process of applying the current categorisations.<\/p>\n<p>3. Visualisation<\/p>\n<p>The design of each visual tool employed to visualise a certain data \u2013 chart, tree, map \u2013 affects our imagining of the data they display.
